Since its beginning in 1979, the mission of Lexel Corporation has been to provide top management consulting to manufacturing facilities (from the smallest to the largest) in the implementation of formal manufacturing systems. Particularly, Lexel specializes in Infor XA (formerly MAPICS Inc.'s Manufacturing, Accounting, and Production Information Control System (MAPICS) and Syteline 7 (Formerly Frontstep/SYMIX) Lexel offers a full range of products and services to its customers, including hardware and software selection and installation, education and training, Infor XA/Syteline 7 enhancements, and customized programs and procedures. With a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, manufacturing (both process and discrete), distribution, and educational facilities, Lexel enjoys an established track record of excellent support and service for our customers.

Over the last twenty years, Lexel Corporation has used its expertise to create and develop a number of component and enhancement products for Infor XA. These supplement the product line to deliver a more complete business solution to Infor XA customers. The firm actively works to master and introduce the latest technology into these applications. In fact, Lexel developed Infor XA's first two client/server applications and eBusiness application! COM_Net2, developed by Lexel, is a high-performance, bolt-on solution that provides real-time eBusiness to Infor XA/ (and soon) Syteline 7 customers.

Additionally, Lexel has developed several innovative enhancements, which are not part of the actual Infor product line, but are fully integrated add-on applications that work seamlessly with the core product. These applications cover the areas of shop floor scheduling (Lexel's Graphical Shop Scheduler - GRASS for short), sales reporting capabilities (COMpanion), security management (Authority Manager), and note-taking capabilities (Magic Notes).
